The Buildings

Walking back along the Fairway, we take the zebra crossing and walk northwards to the covered section at the front of the complex of buildings around the cell.
Ducts and trenches traverse the front of the building, and pipes and electrical conduit spring up to connect to the pumps and switch-gear rooms which are housed under the
shelter at the front of the cell.
Behind us is a small brick building which lies between the two cylindrical tubes of the two cells. We take the tiny blue door to the right which leads to a narrow corridor with another
door on the left. It is pitch dark and cold in there as we descend into the darkness.
