The Buildings

Hot water is pumped into the body of these empty structures, where it is rapidly cooled by the huge fans mounted in the roof. Fresh, cool air is drawn in from the vents in front of the structure.

The cool water gathers in the holding tanks at the base of the cooling tower before being circulated again.
